How high pressure pumps work

All models of pumps (70 Bar) made in Italy use the tap water that is compressed and sprayed through the use of particular nozzles of different sizes. Mist water can be used for different applications: creating cool outdoors without wetting, humidifying cold rooms, greenhouses, fish display, pre-cooling or controlling dust and odors such as quarries or landfills.

In order to control water consumption, it is always advisable to evaluate the models of pumps equipped with a timer, which automatically manage the sprying cycles in terms of pause and work.

Choice of high pressure pumps models for misting systems

The choice of pump model depends on two main factors: what type of application you want to realize and the number of nozzles with specific measure used.

High pressure pumps maintenance

Italfog high pressure pumps do not require special maintenance other than the standard annual change valves, seals, oil. It is a must to install befere pump a group filters against water impurities (sand, rust pipes, etc.).

Very important aspect is the control of the limestone that can in the medium and long period cause problems both in the hydraulic circuits and in the nozzles.
